Hiring Senior Business Analyst for a leading Fintech company in Mumbai

Relevant Experience: 5-7 years in the Transit industry/banking.

Qualification: Engineer, MBA (preferred)

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs client interviews to establish business requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specification document as per company format.
• Performs gap-analysis with the assistance of other team members
• Performs review, analysis and evaluation of business and user requirements.
• Writes documentation of detailed business requirements and business flows for application development, Form, Fields for database with data types with validation.
• Reviews all design solutions for accuracy and adherence to the business requirements.
• Gives design input through knowledge of software and industry to ensure all accommodations have been made
• Answers functional questions about the system and responsible for on time delivery of projects
• Documents training materials and provides training if needed
• Researches and documents bug communicate issues to developers and support staff and works the bug lists to ensure reasonable turnaround
• Lead and mentor junior resources where required

Domain Specific Requirements:

• Deep knowledge on AFCS domain
• Implementation/ operations with transit experience preferred.
• Good understanding on different transit system their roles and functions in the industry.
• Good knowledge of back office processes and external interfaces with different transport authorities.
• Good understanding of contactless cards, QR code validation and related form factor
