Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operate & maintain the electrical & control systems on a daily basis.
2. Log system readings/ parameters at intervals, in the relevant logbooks & checklists as specified by AEM
3. Carry out breakdown maintenance as and when required.
4. Ensure that the breakdown of equipment is minimal.
5. Carryout facility inspections as per schedule and highlight observations for action
6. Conduct scheduled rounds of critical areas, infrastructure and do physical checks to ensure equipment are operating as per required OE standards.
7. Take periodic reading of equipment and update the checklists and reports.
8. Ensure safety standards are implemented and monitored while performing maintenance activities
9. Monitor the vendor personnel during any operation and maintenance of equipment
10. Attend to LOB requests and complaints related to engineering operations and resolve them
11. Work on assigned FD tickets and provide confirmation for closing tickets.
12. Participate in scheduled, adhoc maintenance works and incident management for the tasks assigned.
13. Maintain inventory of tools & tackles and consumables and provide requisition as required
14. Carry out PPM activities as per schedule
15. Support occupants towards providing power supply for AV & IT equipment.
16. Monitor hazardous practices by any of the floor occupants inform AFM-Shift Incharge/ AEM/ FM of any unsafe practices.
17. Coordinate with building management technicians for noting of utility readings & addressing concerns related to utilities including DG Power, Utility Power, CT water supply & drinking water supply.
18. Provide basic support to the AMC vendors in carrying out checks & servicing of the equipment under AMC.
19. To hand over to the shift technician of the following shift in an appropriate fashion with full detailed notes and an appropriate briefing
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
A. ITI certificate / Diploma in Electrical stream
B. Wireman / Supervisor license / PWD license
C. 5-8 years of experience as Technician
