  • ROLE: Executive
  • Function: Human Resource & Administration
  • JOB DEFINITION
  • To ensure all the HR initiatives are executed properly so as to meet the set objectives of people development documented by the organization.
  • KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Policies and Processes
  • To review the HR Policy Manual every year and update it as per requirement
  • To advise staff with regard to policies in order to establish equitable treatment across the organisation
  • Recruitment
  • To source candidates in the most cost effective and timely manner with the help of consultants, job portals and referral schemes
  • To maintain records of all applicants
    • To conduct reference checks, Joining Formalities
    • To collect the required documents from the new hires
    • To issue appointment letters
    • To document all the details of the new hires into the HRIS / HRMS
    • To open salary accounts for the new hire
    • Employee Insurance
    • To manage the insurance and medi-claims for the employees in coordination with Accounts Department
    • . Attendance and Leave Records
    • To prepare monthly attendance record for evaluating salary of each employee
    • To adjust for compensatory leave
    • Employee Exit
    • To issue experience certificates on the requirement To initiate PF withdrawals / PF transfers on the requirement
    • To do the correspondence with the statutory authorities as and when required.
    • Administration-
    • To procure and provide stationary and printing material to new joinee
    • To ensure proper work station and supply of necessary computer peripherals to all the employees.
    • To manage office assistants and boys.
    • Miscellaneous
    • To provide reports and data to management as when required.
    • To coordinate with system administrator to create and delete new email ids.
    • To circulate office circulars.
    • To take administrative / disciplinary actions as and when required.
