Job Description

Role Summary:

Acting as the focal point, the Integrated Services Coordinator will liaise between the Customer on Tree and Wellhead Systems, Drilling and Completion Workover operations, third party suppliers and Baker Hughes. Post-sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Performthe role of focal point on a daily face to face basis between the clientand Baker Hughes on all aspects of the onshore and offshore operations.
  • Liaisewith the Projects, Aftermarket and Engineering Departments to co-ordinateequipment/tooling storage, maintenance, refurbishment and re-certificationand ensure such equipment is prepared and fully fit for purpose to meetthe Customer s planning schedule.
  • Liaisewith the Offshore Services Department for the allocation of Servicepersonnel for installation activities.
  • Monitorthe effectiveness of equipment/tooling maintenance and refurbishmentprogrammes and associated procedures and recommend improvements wherenecessary.
  • Activelypromote Baker Hughes and Customer Safety Policy and Procedures. Liaisewith relevant Departments to ensure that all appropriate personnel areaware of Operator requirements for Toolbox Talks and Risk Assessmentsprior to undertaking work.
  • Monitorthe effectiveness of installation and workovers and associated proceduresand recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Co-ordinateand liaise with the relevant Departments on all aspects of onshoreMaintenance / Repair / Refurbishment of customer owned equipment/tooling.
  • Assistin controlling adequate spares stock levels both onshore and offshore.
  • Co-ordinatewith QA Department on equipment/tooling certification issues/requirements
  • Co-ordinatetracking of project specific equipment/tooling records including status,location and certification and make same information available to relevantparties.
  • Ensuringall relevant tracking spreadsheets for equipment/tooling are accurate andupdated on a regular basis.
  • Submita monthly report to the customer summarising key activities (OperationalHighlights / Lowlights) in support of the Contract.
  • Assistin the preparation and submission of technical and operational proposalsand reports.
  • Supportthe Services team in identifying new business opportunities and indeveloping and maintaining Contracts
  • ISCto assist in the development and training of FSE through sharingknowledge/experience and through classroom related training sessions bothformal and informal (using generic training Materials, slides andpresentations etc.).
  • Handlinginitial client enquiry, scope clarity and project planning.
  • Supportin ITO (Inquiry to Order) processes to produce accurate client quotations,variation orders for reimbursable work, and assist to manage budget cost reviews.
  • Supportin executing progress of orders, track variations to check how variationswill impact Price Delivery.
  • Produceactivity forecasts and reports, prepare and update client specific reportsand prepare departmental reports.
  • Initiateengineering kick-off meetings to develop and maintain projectplan.
  • Developmentof project related work packs, well files and installed based equipmentregister.
  • Participatein pre-job briefings and post-job de-briefings with Field Service Managerand Field Service Engineers.
  • Provisionof technical support to Field Service Engineers.
  • Participatein lessons learned project review meetings. Control of clientowned equipment's, identification of project equipment requirements(tooling, spare parts).
  • Withthe support of appropriate engineering disciplines, proactively manageequipment upgrades, field extensions and additional control systemfacilities planned by the customers.
  • Performanceof client support activities; reporting, technical support, attendingprogress and close out meetings, DWOPs, CWOPs and HAZOP meetings.
  • Createrental tooling forecasts and requirements.
  • Createsystem workorders for drilling and completion activities ensuring toolinglists and dates are accurate and maintained.
  • Attendrig morning calls.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sDegree from an Accredited University or College (or a high school diploma/ GED with experience in Services).
  • 10years experience in Subsea completions
  • Provenyears of experience in Customer Order and Fulfilment.
  • SubseaWellhead and Xmas Tree experience preferred.
