Candidate profile required
- Diploma / Degree Chemical Engg / MSc Chemistry with min. 4 years post qualification experience in API / Drug Intermediate industry
- Candidates with relevant experience from other Batch process chemicals manufacturing sectors can also be considered on moerit. Candidates must have hands on experience with reactors
- Must have good technical knowledge and familiar with process parameters for exothermic reactions
- Have good supervisory level experience, capable of handling team / shift supervisors
- Knowledge of cGMP procedures and compliances would be an advantage
- Some experience of having faced regulatory audits
- Age profile 25 to 30 years
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
- Handle production and process parameters efficiently
- Optimum use of manpower and resources to achieve production and quality targets
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in line with cGMP requirements
- Motivate production chemists and other shopfloor personnel
- Coordinate with maintenance and other department to ensure smooth and trouble free operating of reactors and other plant equipment.
