Experience: min 2 Years

Location: Chennai, Nagercoil and Vellore.

Age Limit: Below 30 Years

Education B. Pharmacy/ B. Sc or preferably, any science based graduation

Job Description:

The purpose & Key responsibilities of this role:

1. Scan the hospital environment for new business opportunities

2. Identify opportunities in different type of hospitals by evaluating risks, formulating action plans, implementing key strategies & monitoring effective deployment to enhance productivity in hospitals.

3. To support Regional Hospital Sales Manager in rolling out key marketing interventions targeted at HCPs and other key stakeholders in the Hospital environment.

4. Establish the distribution structure in the covered geography in coordination with Regional Hospital Sales Manager aligned to the business needs of the segment.

5. Develop and maintain contact with key opinion leaders / other stakeholders in Institutions through direct contact programs.

6. Conduct external educational and awareness programs to build sustainable, long-term customer loyalty and equity.

7. Liaise internally with cross functional sales team and externally with opinion makers to obtain the required resources and ensure their utilization to achieve organizational goals.8.Liaise with purchase department, pharmacy, & administrators in Hospitals to obtain a favorable consideration.
