JD for OFSC:

OFSC (Both on premise and cloud) and Sales cloud is the primary
Strong communication and documentation skills Should have knowledge on R12 tech stack
Strong Techno Functional( 60% Functional/40% technical)
Knowledge in PL /SQL, Workflow, OAF, Oracle Forms, ADF is plus
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs and best practices
Should have experience in requirement gathering and implementing solutions
Excellent communications skills to interact with client and other developers, including the training and mentoring of team members
Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
Technical degree or certification
