Location - Kanjurmarg

Designation - Administration Travel Desk

Exp 4-8 years

Qualification Any Graduate

Additional Qualification IATA or Diploma (Air Travel Management) compulsory

Industry Travel Agency or any corporate (Travel Desk)

Should have knowledge of Amadeus (Its a ticket booking tool) or Galileo or Sabre (tools)

Job Description

• Domestic & International Ticket Booking (workers, Staff , Directors)
• Visa Processing (Workers Staff Directors)
• Maintaining the records of International Ticket Booking
• Vendor Follow up (Visa & Ticket Booking)
• Tie up with Airlines & Vendors for Domestic Ticket Booking
• Preparation of Agreements with Vendors & Airlines
• Vendor Management
• Verifying the invoice of Vendors and submitting to Accounts for Payment
• Taking Follow up of Credit Note with the Vendors
• Keeping NRI days records for all the Directors
• Booking Miles Ticket for Directors
• Domestic Hotel Booking for all the staff & Directors
