Job Summary:

You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing customer escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers. You will be giving best resolutions and closing the fault and complaints with customers permission.

You will be responsible for Customer service (Non-Technical) where in you will be managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Handling calls and fulfilling the customers requirements. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Profile : Customer Support (Voice) and Technical Support (Voice)

Job type : Full Time & On roles.

Shift- Rotational

Position : Associate
Qualification: Any graduate/ Post graduates can apply

Salary : 21,000 in hand to 30,000 in hand every month + Incentives + 5 Days working

Shifts : 5 Days
Job Location : Gurgaon
Transport : Both Way transport Free

Walkin Date- 3rd February 2020 (Monday) to 7th February 2020 (Friday)

Timing- 12Pm to 4pm

  • Resolve customer queries so that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
  • Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.
  • Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service

  • Class X and XII mark sheet and/or pass certificate
  • Graduation documents.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Any Graduate (BA, BBA, Bcom, Bsc, BCA, BHM, Btech (any stream)) Or Post Graduates (MA, MBA, Mcom, Msc, MCA, Mtech)
