- Builders & Superstructures (Developer Firm
- Excellent communication skills English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Good understanding of responsibilities.
- Passionate about learning new skills.
- Able to work with own initiative and tight deadlines.
- Ability to priorities workload in a demanding team environment.
- Experience & knowledge of handling each and every managerial activity in corporate firm.
- Good follow up skill.
- Handles the tasks of attending visitors and organizing meetings.
- Performs other administrative tasks as required.
- Attending calls and visitors
- Maintaining attendance register as well as visitor register.
- Drafting Letters.
- Follow up from contractor regarding materials.
- Changing the Minor changes in (Auto-cad) drawing by the designers.
- Coordinate appointment to show the prospective buyer.
- Understand clients needs and propose the solution that suits them best.
- Ensure that the terms & conditions of purchaser agreements are met before closing dates.
- Comparea property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its comparative market price.
- Develop the relationship with the builders and investor and customer.
- Coordinating with engineer for the required changes of the purchases property.
- Converting prospects into buyer by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects.
- Built trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customers, collaborate with other, solve problem creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Attending various seminars and update the same in ongoing project to improve the quality of work and material.
- Performs other administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinating with Website designer for the updating of project status.
- Preparing comparative analysis and updating the same &maintaining the market status on website.
