Undertake Custom Projects under team guidance. A required depth of experience, domain knowledge and relationships with organizations are critical in building a strong go- to- market strategy for the business. A hands- on executive with a creative, technology and business background that focuses on building alliances, defining marketing programs and driving revenue across all brands and related markets. Responsible for new business from either existing or new business accounts. Develops a pipeline of qualified prospective clients. Proactively target and develop relationships with key industry prospects. Professionally responsive to customer inquiries and committed to excellence in all customer communication. Interacts with critical industry partners in the area of joint business development and building compelling, complimentary solutions. Understands the organizations capabilities completely and accurately articulates the value proposition provided Facilitates investigation and research into each opportunity in order to ensure our solution is packaged in a compelling and meaningful way. Works closely with on- going account management team in order to maintain a long lasting, profitable, and reference able client list. Understand customers' unique needs and business models to negotiate deal structures/ contracts and close integrated opportunities. Contribute to overall business development strategy, methodology, staffing and tools. Communicate industry opportunities to management and help facilitate internal enhancements designed to best position the company for success. The Role:
0. 5- 2 years professional experience and proven track record in consultative selling and management - ideal markets include: Interactive professional services, strategic consulting, ecommerce, software or systems integration. Experience in building a pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial targets Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value based selling process Excellent written and verbal communication skills in creation of convincing strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation Team leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively inform, motivate, and organize a multi- person sales effort Strong understanding of the Internet including industry trends, key players, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace - Advanced negotiating skills and contract (statement of work) experience Proven hands- on experience with senior executives in medium to large business Familiarity with the overall site development process as well as creative processes, UI design issues, IA, writing for the web, online marketing and branding, and ecommerce issues- Goal oriented, able to manage to a financial budget Education Qualification: BBA/ MBA Any specialization
