Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage given amount of data and make outbound calls in a timely manner
Educate and provide prospects and information about the various trainings and certifications provided by the Company.
Identify candidates needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
handle and systematically arrange given Data resourcefully .Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage potential candidates by taking dedicated concern.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend in house Training / seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Frequently discuss with manager/team to discuss qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in a telesales & customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in English & Tamil.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Any graduation will be accepted.

Incentives will be given based on performance.
