Desired Candidate Profile
Timely ExecutionProject Planning schedule making, budgeting, BIM, preparing billing schedule, resource planning monitoring, documentation, Execution periodic progress reviews, cost tracking, contingency planning, chasing up engineering, deliveries, site mobilization, commissioning and hand over of project..
Ensure proper execution of processes/systems/ procedures for the project
Coordination with project and construction team, MEP engineers, vendors, contractors, other departments or units (such as engineering, procurement, commercials and contracts, and finance)
Lead all project review meetings with the project team, consultants and contractors;
Ensure timely highlighting and resolution of design inadequacies, non-compliance to material indents, catch up plan and all other issues
Timely preparation and submission of MIS Reports-Daily Progress Report, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, etc. pertaining to project
Quality
Ensure compliance to processes and defined quality standards and practices in the industry
Maintain project site reporting mechanism to channelize reporting of critical information and incidents
Organize snag audit and ensure de snagging based on the report presented by the Auditors for smooth handover to customers, FMC and also validate the unit based de snagging certificate provided by SE
Safety
Ensure site is 100% EHS compliant with periodic safety audits
Presence of safety signs/banners/guidelines at site to ensure 0 incident
Mandatory First aid room and equipment with proper training needs to be present at site
Cost Control & Vendor/Customer Management
Assist in the finalization of the contractor; Oversee total contract regulation, review and management for the assigned project
Resolution of issues with partners/ vendors/ customers, project neighbourhood, local administration and statutory authorities- as and when required
Maintain cash flows & cost controls on the project.
Validate bills of various consultants, Vendors, Contractors for the project. Follow up with Finance to ensure timely payment.
Oversee smooth handling of customer visits to the project site; Ensure customer modifications, preparation of Debit and Credit statements with respect to customer modifications and query resolutions are handled within the pre-agreed timelines (60 days or post CC, Change Management)
Value Engineering
Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in construction equipment, techniques, & tools; Provide inputs to superiors on the feasibility of implementing
Project risk identification and finalizing mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and value engineering initiatives
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
