Desired Candidate Profile
1. Plan & execute construction project (Observe and follow the project time lines as per contract) along with MEP works.
2. Evaluate various construction methods & determine the most cost effective plan & schedule.
3. Determine appropriate construction method & schedule all required construction site activities in to logical, specific steps, budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines.
4. Selection & co-ordination of trade contractors hired to complete specific packages of the project.
5. Determine labour requirements and in some cases, supervise or monitor the hiring & disengagement of workers and staff.
6. Oversee the performance of all trade contractors & ensure that all work is completed on schedule.
7. Monitoring of construction activities. Implementation and Monitoring Project execution plan and Ensuring Compliance with project budget
8. Overall Management of Contracts undertaken.
9. Site organization with respect to Infrastructure & Staff.
10. Ensuring adequate use of materials, tools & equipment so as to ensure minimum wastage.
11. Proper management and utilization of staff and labour. Monitoring Workers productivity and assuring minimum expenditure on extra labour
12. Implementing, Monitoring and maintaining Quality Standards at the project with Safety health and environment plan as per ISO norms and clients requirement/expectations
13. Monitoring Billing & Realization of payments.
14. Regular review of engineering in respect to architectural drawings, thereby providing specifications to monitor progress to ensure compliance with plans & schedules
15. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Holding regular interaction and review with clients, trade contractors, architects and project management consultants & others to monitor & co-ordinate all phases of construction.
16. Mentoring and nurturing talent : Training & Development of Subordinates
17. Mobilization of resources.
18. To submit replies of audit report within time schedule.
19. Implementation of MIS system: To send timely and correct MIS and Reports.
20. Assisting in preparing substantiation for EOT claims for main contract & defense for the same for sub-contractor.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma - Civil
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
