Job Description
Position Senior Quality Analyst Reporting to Lead Quality AnalystLocation HSR Layout , Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
Innovate, design, and develop test automation frameworks, tools and automated
test suites in Java and Java script.
Work with the other engineers to scale up test automation and practices and
provide robust releases.
Develop, maintain and enhance production staging environments and tools.
Help tune production cluster configurations, and debug system level deployment
issues.
Strong commitment to best practices in QE and software development, including
modern CI/CD using Jenkins processes and automating EVERYTHING.
Comfortable with Agile/Scrum processes and code review.
Strong knowledge in back-end testing on Web Services, Web Applications &
Database.
Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for the Automation Framework
Strong knowledge of current quality engineering and test automation tools and
processes, including JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, Mockito and Subversion, or
comparable products

Performing end-to-end testing; stress testing and advanced aspects of system testing
automation.
Debugging and deploying software for highly scaled cluster applications, involving
servers or enterprise applications involving company hosted containerized data
centres.
Report issues through a bug tracking system and work with the
development/product teams to help isolate, debug and resolve bugs.
Develop and run manual tests for areas where automated tests are not practical in
terms of investment vs return.
i) Must Have Skills
a) 4-7 years of experience in the field of manual & automation testing
b) Hands on exposure in working with TestNG with Rest Assured, Junit framework.
c) Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Rest API automation test,
particularly using Rest Assured.
d) Hands on exposure on performance testing, usage of tools like jmeter/load runner.
e) Exposure to functional testing, regression testing
f) Hands on expose to database testing (Mysql, Ms-sql preferred)
g) Hands on exposure to CI/CD - Jenkins configuration and job setup, automated
deployments, performance test run, regression test run, automated reports
h) Hands on experience with automation framework writing from scratch in Java
i) Working experience on Agile/Scrum framework
ii) Preferred Skills
a) Knowledge of business process model notation (bpmn) and business process testing
b) Exposure to security Testing.
c) Hands on exposure to containerized environment - Docker, Kubernetes knowledge
highly preferred
