Job Description

A warehouse receiver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate receipt of items ordered and placed in specified areas of the warehouse. Warehouse receivers unload packages and check their contents to ensure they match the orders. Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess basic math skills. It is also expected that warehouse receivers have adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments. Hours will vary based on employer and may be outside of the nine-to-five schedule.
