Job Location: Pune

Job Description:

Provide support to Telecom customers in Australia
Understand the issues blocking customer orders and complete root cause analysis
Take full ownership to resolve order related issues and coordinate with internal/external teams to help resolve them
Proactively track every customer order during its end to end life cycle and pre-empt issues, failures and take corrective action
Build strong relationships with all internal and external teams to jointly deliver customer orders as per the timeline commitment
Work as part of a larger team to create a continuous improvement culture and identify areas of improvement within processes and tools
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Frequently attend educational huddles to improve knowledge and performance level

Eligibility:

Freshers/Experienced(0-2 years)
Graduates/UG/Post Graduates

SkillSet:

Experience in Telecom Sector and knowledge of Broadband (internet , ADSL , troubleshooting) is mandatory for experienced candidates
Excellent communication in English is a must.
Telecom/Customer Service exp if any.
