Desired Candidate Profile
- 8 to 10 years of work experience from leading PR agencies or PR departments in companies
- Exceptional English language skills for drafting press releases, articles, content pieces, financial articles, speeches and press conference briefings
- Plan and implement publicity strategies, campaigns, and social media calendars
- Develop public relations strategies for corporate, products, launches, promotions and internal communication
- Take ownership to create continuous press releases in sync with companys marketing activities and create press kits, and related materials
- Supervise, mentor, and get PR campaigns created and executed through the PR agency
- Digital PR strengths for compelling social media updates with links to products or promotions
- Knowledge about influencer marketing and strong relationships with influencers in digital and social media
- Maintain independent relationships with media (not dependent on PR agency)
- Create complete content and write-up support for the company spokespersons for internal speeches, media interviews and press conferences
- Analyze media coverage; develop company responses when needed
- Organize press conferences, create PR presentations, articles, reports, and information for web sites, blogs, and social media accounts
- Manage PR deadlines, objectives, and schedules
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual PR reports
- Keep annual calendars of events, targets, and activities organized
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong English and Hindi language capability (oral + written)
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordination between multiple stakeholders and departments
- A very good timeline chaser
- Good network within media, journalists and influencer communities
