Candidate must handle minimum SharePoint Project Management for last three years
Candidate should able to manage the India Client or USA Client, hardcore project management skills, must have done project management for 5 years.

Job Description:

1. Fixed priced project delivery for USA/India based clients
2. Project requirement gathering, planning, staffing, assigning task, get testing done and working with client to build and UAT
3. Worked involving agile methodology of development
4. Participation in project review meeting and articulate actions
5. Escalation handling, communication, project status reporting
6. Root Cause Analysis
7. Budgeting for project and tracking
8. Implementation of best practices, organisation processes and information for billing/MIS
9. Motivate team in tough situations, create complimentary learning environment
10. Create learning environment

Technical Skills:

10-15 Yrs. of experience with in-depth knowledge on O365, SharePoint
Strong skills with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance O365 / SharePoint based applications.
Architecture and Designing experience in building and supporting large user base
Experience in .NET, JavaScript, JQuery, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, HTML, HTML5
Experience to App Development, SharePoint Online and O365
Experience in Teams, flows, One-Drive, Power Apps in the biggest plus
Understanding of Overall architecture for O365
Digital Workspace designing especially in O365
Migration experience Specifically to O365

Other Skills:

Team/Project handling, execution, monitoring, presales, should be well versed with the processes involved and software development life cycle especially agile
Develop proof-of-concept apps efficiently in the need of hour.
Design of solutions that leverage out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality
Act as the subject matter expert on best practices for O365
Creates documentation and participates as a reviewer and contributor in requirements design and estimation
Microsoft certifications for administration and/or development in O365, SharePoint preferred.
Experience in handling senior management with strong stakeholder management
Help you solve, envision and understand new possibilities by identifying the right solutions for given business problem
Architectural support, design considerations and best practices
Priori experience in as advisory role for O365 is a biggest plus
