Job Title
Product Owner/Scrum Master Overview:Do you want to be part of a collaborative environment

The Conductor is a key member of one or more agile teams. They are responsible for ensuring that teams are supported and for facilitating the team s progress towards their goals. They also provide team level coaching and guidance on agile practices that support the broader goals of the program under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Role:
Responsible for adherence to the Lean process as the team-level coach and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
Responsible for removing impediments and blockers from the team and upkeep systems to support metrics
Participates in Decomposition meetings to reach a shared understanding of requirements and captures required information for Delivery Teams to begin work
Creates initial stories for impacted delivery teams and works with team members to write story Acceptance Criteria
Manage the handovers of a feature between the different teams and promptly raises and resolves any issue
Protects the team from outside influences and unauthorized sources of intake
Train and guide members working on lean processes to improve metrics such as Lead/Cycle time
Help the team meet its goals and coordinate activities with other teams
Ensure constant application of team agreements, procedures and policies
Provide better visibility and transparency to the requesting team on priorities and progress
To establish and communicate SLAs by service offerings and program level Classes of Service
Removes impediments so that teams can focus on delivery
Facilitates team meetings including; team stand-ups, backlog grooming, feature decomposition meetings, and retrospectives
Partners to communicate status and escalate issues and risks that the team cannot solve themselves
Maintains ALM (CA Agile Central) data to ensure that the team s progress is highly visible to stakeholders
Ensures teams adhere to processes and best practices while looking for opportunities for improvement that increase efficiencies and reduce waste. Helps teams improve in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity
Responsible for continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance
All about you:
General interest and passion for agile and learning agile practices
Experience working with agile teams
Familiarity with Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, or Scrum processes
Exposure to agile work management tools such as CA Agile Central
Certified Scrum Master or other Scrum Master certifications would be preferred
