Engineering Manager-mean Stack Technologies @ Agreeya

Desired Candidate Profile

The role needs a Dynamic experience into software Product engineering, including strategic planning of product- portfolio, architecture and development of MaaS (Mobility as a Service) products on cloud.

- He/ She should have worked across travel and transportation domain.

- Driving vision, roadmap and architecture including value proposition & functionality, design & integration patterns, design principles & Product strategy elements.

- Manage a team of top-notch software developers to build products that extend our product Software as a Service platform and drive value for our clients

- Provide technical expertise to your team and the entire organization.

- Stand up for engineering practices that ensure quality products: automated testing, unit testing, agile development, continuous integration, code reviews, and technical design

- Coach your team by providing clear career objects, priorities, technical advice, and performance reviews

- 10+ years of Development Engineering experience in one or more software companies, with a minimum of 3 years of officially being the manager of 5 or more individual contributors

- Bachelor's Degree in CS or EE. CS is preferred

- Strong web application development, testing and deployment experience ideally with a commercially available Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) product

- Ability to meaningfully contribute to high level designs as well as conduct code reviews

- Development experience with a modern web application platform, ideally with MEAN stack technologies

- Expert in object-oriented programming and relational database concepts

- 3+ years experience in agile/SCRUM software development

- Strong verbal, written and team presentation communication skills.
