Roles and Responsibility
You will work as a project manager and product manager. You will lead a team based in India, working for a Dutch company. You will report to the directors and you work together with the Dutch project manager.

• Developing new products based on requirements from HQ in the Netherlands
• When necessary identify vendor for product components
• Analysing requirements for applications with focus on visual/video systems
• Develop or update project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
• Define strategic roadmap and go-to market plan
• Understand stakeholder viewpoints, market dynamics, competitive landscape to drive strategic advantage
• Your role will help to inform and refine our engineering
• Synthesize feedback and work with engineering team to translate back into product
• Define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria
• Overview preparation of technical documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, functional specifications and test plan

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  M.Tech - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
