Desired Candidate Profile

Roles and Responsibility
You will work as a project manager and product manager. You will lead a team based in India, working for a Dutch company. You will report to the directors and you work together with the Dutch project manager.

Developing new products based on requirements from HQ in the Netherlands
When necessary identify vendor for product components
Analysing requirements for applications with focus on visual/video systems
Develop or update project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
Define strategic roadmap and go-to market plan
Understand stakeholder viewpoints, market dynamics, competitive landscape to drive strategic advantage
Your role will help to inform and refine our engineering
Synthesize feedback and work with engineering team to translate back into product
Define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria
Overview preparation of technical documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, functional specifications and test plan

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: M.Tech - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
