Hiring for the position of a Lead DevOps Engineer in an AI & IOT based Analytics Company

Designation: Lead DevOps Engineer

Experience: 5-7 years

Location: Bengaluru/ Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Automate infrastructure build and deployment process for continuous integration and deployments of Bodhee
• Design and Build automation tools for provisioning and managing our cloud infrastructure
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate Docker & Kubernetes cluster setups for Bodhee deployment.
• Design and Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate Bodhee microservices deployments.
• Design and Implement best in class logging, monitoring and alerting frameworks for micro services. Implement best practices to use in cloud environments in with regards to security and effective resource utilization.
• Building/Maintaining Docker container clusters managed using Kubernetes, Linux, Bash, Git, Docker.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 yrs of DevOps and Operations Engineering experience.
• Understand the complete deployment lifecycle from design, build, test and deploy stages.
• Must have ability to build and deploy system infrastructure in a cloud-focused environment while providing operational advice to developers when appropriate.

Skills:

• Hands on experience on CI/CD tools like Jenkins o Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, HA & Load Balancing.
• Hands on experience on Docker and Kubernetes o Expertise in Cloud Platforms like Google, AWS, Azure etc o Hands on experience on source control tools like Git/SVN/Bitbucket.
• HA and Load balancing using tools like the Elastic Load Balancer, nginx and HAProxy .
• Strong background in Linux / Unix Administration is essential o Must have experience in databases (Postgres)

1. Programming in a high level language like Python or Ruby
2. Exposure to security concepts and best practices is required
