Job Description for Bharat Pe Customer Service

Process Name:- Bharat Pe Customer Service

Designation Executive operations (CSA)

CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Bharat Pe .

Pre- Requisites:

Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.

Excellent Communication

Windows:-9:30am to 6:30pm

Fixed 9 hours shift.

No Cab

No Meals

Eligibility Criteria:-

10+2 or above/ Under-graduate/ Graduate.

Experience/fresher.

Job Description:

1. Must possess above average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).
2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
3. Should have problem solving attitude.
4. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.

7 days training with stipend subject to certification.

6 days a week Operations, rotational off.

Location:- Sec-59, Noida

Salary Range Up to 15k Inhand.
