Desired Candidate Profile

Execute retail operations in Stores and ensure adherence to all Standard Operating procedures of Company.
Lead, mentor and motivate team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or other colleagues in the organization.
Ensure that business strategies are implemented in the assigned store to increase business in the store.
Manage and execute product promotion.
Exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Manage Dump and Shrink in the store.
Candidate should be open to relocating within Maharashtra.

For Store Manager- In Training, experience of atleast 7 years is required in Retail and/or QSR fields

For Assistant Store Manager- In Training, experience of atleast 3 years is required in Retail and/or QSR fields.

For Department Manager- In Training, only freshers with Hotel Management background will be considered, graduating in 2019.
