Job Role : Test Lead / SME

Work Location : CHENNAI - PORUR & AMBATTUR

Exp : 7 to 16 yrs

Job Description :

• EXP of working in AGILE / DEVOPS environments and familiar with SCRUM / Kanba
• EXP in writing BDD feature files ( Notepad++)
• Excellent stakeholder management to work & sign off the BDD Feature files
• Excellent stakeholder management to work with TEST DATA Team
• Creating full Traceability Matrix view of the Project Delivery assigned
• Familiarity with Oracle / SQL databases and writing and executing queries
• Familiar with collaboration tools JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and to make sound decisions under pressure of time and ability to prioritise
• Reporting progress during test automation development and execution phases
• Good conceptual knowledge of Unit level / SIT Level / UAT level / Regression level testing .
• EXP of testing non-functional requirements such as security, usability and performance
• EXP in testing data-driven projects is a strong plus

Required Candidate profile

• Familiar with AGILE and SCRUM / KANBAN delivery
• Own BDD creating, Signing off from BAs, Test Data validations & Execution support.
• Great attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
• Thrive on problem solving and be able to work independently
• Be adaptable to changing priorities
• Be able to take direction from Business Analysts, Enterprise and Technical Architects
• Be self-motivated and organised
• Design, plan and execute quality assurance for all assigned projects
