Role Definition The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to clients. The Project Manager may be responsible for managing more than one concurrent high visibility projects using agile and/or waterfall methods in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Other Qualifications BE/ME/MCA/MCS/MSc degree from reputed Institute/University
Eligibility Criteria Overall 8 to 12 years of experience
7-10 years of professional experience in Consulting and managing implementation projects (preferably Life sciences) and Well versed with product implementation lifecycle
Experience in Business Requirements Analysis
Good understanding of Software Test life cycle, Defect Management Life Cycle
Understanding of RDBMS and Programming concepts
Product Development Experience on Java on Oracle Database
Exposure into BI Reporting
Effective communication and presentation skills
International travel readiness
Roles & Responsibilities
Manages projects from scope definition to implementation
Liaisons between Clients and companys project teams
Directs and oversees project team, manages conflicts within group
Ensures project gets completed within the agreed upon timeframe and budget, maintaining the quality
standards
Efficiently identifies and solves / mitigates project issues / risks
Defines project scope and understands client requirements
Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
Allocates resources across the project lifecycle
Performs team assessments and evaluations
Defines project approach with the client's management
Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
Develops Proposals against RFPs
Maintains all project documentation and ensures its updation on the client portal
