Job Description
REQUIREMENT OF RESIDENT DOCTORS FOR ARMED FORCES HOSPITAL, NAJRAN (KSA): INTERVIEW FOR ARMED FORCES HOSPITAL, NAJRAN -SAUDI ARABIA (Govt. Job) QUALIFICATIONS:
MBBS
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience after Post highest Degree with MCI Registration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department/division.
- Carries out full range clinical duties as assigned by the Consultant/Senior Registrar in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.
- Participates in the on-call duties as required by the department/division.
- Participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (Total Quality Management Programme, Quality Assessment Improvement Programme) as applicable.
- Instructs and guides when necessary junior medical staff in the overall care of patients, supervises their performance/work and contributes to the training and teaching activities in the department/division.
- Reports and discusses all unusual findings, complication or alterations in the management plan, with the Senior Registrar and Consultant.
- Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to the continuing medical education. Attends the Continuing Medical Education Programme of the department/division.

About the Place & Hospital:
The Najran is the largest province of Saudi Arabia by area.
The hospital was established in 1413 Hijri Year (corresponding to 1992G). The hospital accommodates more than 141 beds. The main mission of the hospital is to provide medical services and first aid during emergencies for the Armed Forces members, their families, citizens and the residents of the southern zone. The hospital serves various medical specializations as it is staffed with qualified medical practitioners and equipped with sophisticated diagnostic appliances.
Instructions were issued for the establishment of a 75-bed hospital. The project was inaugurated by the late His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him, and a justice named to the Armed Forces Hospital in Najran. It was provided with 105 bed beds in 1415/14/14 and in 1417, the directive was issued to add 55 beds with a building for outpatient clinics, laboratories and some other facilities. The bed capacity was 160 beds.
