ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA B.TECH
EXPERIENCE: 10 TO 15YRS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Management Planning && Execution Site Work Management Material Management Construction Management Installation, Testing && Commissioning Planning during Shutdown Electrical Engineering Drawings Auditing for ISO && OSHAS Contract Documentation Deviation Proposals, Claims Team Management Experienced in procurement planning within budgeting parameters by identifying && forecasting requirement; skilled in planning and implementing processes to cover the scope of project && maintain visibility of achieved targets in various databases. Proven ability in effective project && site management from starting of the project till end of the project by end-to-end resource management through manpower and equipment requirement, material requirement planning, procurement, consumption, etc.Significant exposure in maintaining minimum turn-around-time as well as interacting with team members and cross-functional leads Well versed in generating reports of breakdown, plant consumption, and maintenance of documents as per stipulated standards. Meeting Customer expectations, schematics and bills of material accuracy and attending to customer complaints, resolving issues on daily basis and responding to their feedback Leading, directing, motivating the workforce and imparting continuous on the job training for accomplishing greater operational goals and targeted work execution deadlines. Possess excellent communication, analytical, good interpersonal skills, good team player and diligent/quick learner with multitasking abilities including resolving crisis situations.
