Technical Manager/Senior Technical Manager - Engineering - Agile/Scrum (14-20 yrs)

Profile Summary:

The Technical Manager / Senior Manager Engineering - People Management will have the responsibility for leading a part of the overall development team at Technology Private Limited that includes development teams focused on improving the operations efficiency of product offerings as well as enhancing the products of.

Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- The TM is responsible for managing the quality and capabilities of software development teams under him/her. (S)he will be responsible for identifying the suitable projects for the team by working with various Architects, Technical Leads and Process Innovators in US and for defining a strategy for continuous, long-term improvement of those operations development, fostering innovations and embracing emerging technologies.

- The TM will participate in the decision making of many aspects of the organization, including planning, budgeting, goal setting, project delivery, employee performance management and personnel management. Travel to other athenaHealth offices, vendors and/or BPO partners may be required.

- Provide technical leadership as well as be hands-on in architecture, design & implementation, automation of manual processes and tools development.

- Drive design and delivery of breakthrough software that solves the healthcare business process problems by innovating automated solutions while managing the enhancements of the existing solutions and achieve product productivity gains

- Identify business problems and pain points, both internal and external, and solve them creatively.

- Work with the leadership team in India and US to help make decisions related to various aspects of subsidiary technology team management like budgeting, staffing, planning etc.

- Must be ready to get the hands dirty while involved in the projects technically during all phases of the development like, analysis, design, architecture, planning and code development

- Knowledge of and comfortable in working with various methodologies, including, iterative software development methodologies

Skills / Experience :

- Database is an added advantage

- Agile/Scrum work experience for iterative development.

- The ability to translate complex processes into technical requirements while also managing delivery and operations

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
