Desired Candidate Profile
As a Technology Manager, responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage multi-release multi complexity projects with product managers in understanding the business roadmap and help develop and maintain compelling capabilities that helps them succeed in their business goals.Work closely with developers to develop the best technical design and approach for application development.
Manage the architecture, design, development, testing, and implementation of software/web application.
Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work managing the schedules.
Planning of projects and features to meet the stakeholders expectations and tracking of internal & external commitments.
Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts, wherever needed.
Engage in concept discussions, and proposed technology solutions, to meet business objectives.
Perform reviews of all designs to make sure that they address failure modes, scalability, and security and are suitable for tier 1 services.
Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Determine and assess need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Submit project deliverables ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Develop implementation plans that includes analysis such as cost benefit or ROI.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in handling off shore projects ( USA , UK and APAC)
Technology Stack - He or she should have knowledge of certain technologies
Project management tools knowledge is a must
Good communication skills - Ability to articulate well with the client
Minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience is a must.
