Machine selection, Cutting tool selection and process sheet, time study sheet preparation, setting chart preparation

Trial for new development tools (Jig, fixture and cutting tools)

Process and Machining sequence selection for new product development and Regular production

Analyzing existing process and proposing cost justified improvements

TAKT time calculation to establish Process flow Manufacturing

Implement LEAN Principles in the Manufacturing area, steps for Process reduction, Manufacturing Lead time reduction and Cost reduction

Manufacturing support to production for achieving target

Troubleshooting and analysis of problem related to manufacturing

Selection of new SPMs & implementation of new technologies to improve productivity.

Overall improvements on entire shop floor with Conventional machining, CNC, VMC, SPMs, Sheet Metal Stamping, Assembly section & Packing Section
