Desired Candidate Profile
Roles and Responsibilities Lead task definition activities with many teams and suppliers to define a complete vehicle program plan
Define and implement a process for issue and change management.
Support sourcing with engineering teams.
Liaison with Suppliers, OEMs and other partners.
Define a vehicle program management process for the entire vehicle
Configure and manage task and document tracking tools (JIRA & Confluence)
Ensure traceability and tracking of all tasks to requirements and deliverables. Experience & Skills Management experience has directly built and managed a team.
Has led a team for program management within automotive, including issue and change management
Has managed vehicle program in all phases of development from concept to SOP. Track cost& weight again time & functionality in each phase.
Experience of milestone and gateway planning
Experience with KANBAN and AGILE task management techniques
Experienced with formal task management tools, such as JIRA
Qualifications Engineering degree from premier engineering college
5+ years of automotive program management
