Assist & responsible for managing & building the therapeutic portfolio n domestic market.
Analysing macro environment, patient journey, brand portrait wheel, brand essence, customer segmentation, brand target and positioning.
Established ownership of the specialty, by developing power brands &growth drivers and successfully launching new products with consistent increase in divisional market share.
Assist in Budgeting, P&L and allocation of resources and ascertaining the tools for implementation for the marketing plan and programs are provided to the sales force on time.
Regular creative-communication based upon single minded proposition with tactics for higher brand recall and field motivation drive.
Quarterly sale analysis, cycle meets briefing, resolving field queries related to brands.
New Brand Launch, in depth competitor analysis.
Developing top KOL pool through scientific promotion and value added services in compliance.
Brand Management, Designing Marketing Strategy, New Product Launch, Preparation of marketing plans, activities and ensuring proper Implementation.
Preparation of Innovative promotional inputs for implementation of strategies,tracking, analyzing and market sizing on quarterly basis.
