Job Description: - Technical Support Chat Process
Interface with customers on chat for providing technical assistance to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
o Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
o Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Candidate Profile-
Candidates should be fully trained on Printers and desktop technical assistance.
o Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors- any experienced can apply.
o Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
o Salary up to 4.75 CTC.
