Project Planning Engineer @ Electro-Tech Engineers

Job Description

• Understanding the Scope of work, identify various activities to be carried out to implement the project
• Preparation of IWP (Initial work program) & DWP (Detailed work program)
• Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 program and Schedules of the project in Primavera P6

• Submission of Various Plan and Report for completion of Project Mobilization &Contractual Requirement.

• Resource calculation & Resource Assignment in DWP program
• Delay analysis and catch-up plans (Tracking the Project)
• 3 months rolling & 3 weeks rolling program
• Design & Procurement Coordination with sites
• Preparation of MPR (Monthly Progress Report)
• Preparation of DPR (Daily Progress Report)
• Quantities Estimation & Resource Levelling
• S Curve - Physical & Financial
• Preparation the Baseline program, Initial & Detail work program.
• Project Planning & Programming with Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Activity wise (WBS based) Planning & Resource loading.
• Time Location Chart Vector Diagram
• Generate the Financial & Physical Progress on monthly basis
• Financial Program, Budgeting & Costing.
• Preparation of MIS for the project

Candidate profile:

• Experience in EPC contracting is a must
• Strong project management and implementation skills.
• Domain expertise in engineering, planning & scheduling execution, monitoring site progress, cost control, resource planning and utilization
• Thorough understanding of construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing activities
• Experience in handling local level permissions/licenses for land, environment, will be desirable
