Desired Candidate Profile
Howell is looking for Mid-level, motivated, Operation-oriented person who has extensive Project Handling, System Commissioning, Site Handover, Fault finding, and project operation handling experience in security, fire & safety, IT, AV and building automation business.
The role is responsible for the management of the projects, spread across Indian Territory. Responsible for system handover and execution with experience in product training and project management.
The person should be result-oriented, with a focus on execution and handling the final handover of the system to customer.
The candidate from ELV (Electronic low voltage) industry is must. The candidate should have proven experience in ELV systems (Fire, security, IT, AV and BMS)
Reporting: The position reports to the DGM/ AGM Projects
Key responsibilities
He must ensure that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Overall leadership and execution of the Project and order execution in terms of Quality, Delivery
and value for the price paid by the customer.
2. Resource Planning by way of manpower. Organizing the various professional people working on a project
3. Risk assessment
4. Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
5. Making sure the quality standards are met
6. Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
8. Monitoring and representing the weekly and monthly MIS reports.
11. Will be based at client / Project sites as and when required for long duration.
12. Develop full scale project plans
13. Impart the training to the site engineer
14. Monitor the project assigned to him with respect to the final commission and handover
15. Responsible for effectiveness of the engineering drawings, schematics and other documentation
Education:
UG: B.Sc - Computers, Electronics, B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Diploma - Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Engineering
