Job Description

File Management,
Proper Record keeping with accurate record numbers,
Evaluation of all medical records w.r.t hospital standards, Coordinating with Doctors , Medical & Nursing staff for File Completion.Files coding & Indexing.
Experienced in Digitalization of Medical Records.
Conducting Medical Records Committee Meeting.
Developing policies and procedures for the requirement of Medical Records Department.
Experienced in NABH Accreditation.

Required Candidate profile

The incumbent should have qualification of Diploma or Graduation in Medical Record & Technology
The incumbent should be having the relevant experience of working as Medical record officer in a Hospital
Should have worked in a NABH accredited hospital with knowledge of quality accreditation process, Documentation, File Maintenance etc.
Excellent skills in Coding and Indexing (ICD-10, ICD-O and ICPM) by the WHO
