We are hiring for Client Servicing Executive (BPO Domain only preferred) for Hanu Software (Greater Noida) location.
Candidate must have experience of dealing with US &UK Clients. Able to take care of the existing client accounts.
Able to generate new business from the existing client or from the market.
Candidates who had taken care of clients in BPO Industry are only preferred.

Salary- 6 Lakhs - 6.5 Lakhs (Max)
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients
Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key
client contacts
Discuss and influence client needs, expectations and satisfaction in
the area of service delivery.
Will be responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue
optimization & renewals.
To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to
ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the
company.
Understanding client needs through conversations.
Required Skills:
Client Engagement experience.
Strong verbal, written communication and inter-personal skills.
Good problem solving skills, should be assertive and able to influence.
Should be presentable, confident in his approach and should be able to
deal with people.
Passionate and willing to influence change.
Should be able to work independently, fast learner and adaptive to changes.
Good team player with an ability to become a coach.
Very good in people management
Able to work with different stakeholders and able to work in complex
environments.
Result oriented and performance driven.
Go getter attitude and have a good / proven track record.
Open for night shifts
