Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities :
- Develop, create, and modify test plans, test scripts, test cases.
- Test web, mobile and desktop enterprise applications for defects and compliance with requirements.
- Analyze specifications and prepare test data and develop testing solutions.
- Through testing analysis and documentation, facilitate modifications to business systems based business requirements.
- Analyze database records (data quality check) for the business applications.
- Provide input to improve application stability and the testing process.
- Work individually and/or coordinate the QA process as part of a team.
- Maintain the quality of existing software applications.
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years of Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- Ability to test mobile, web, and desktop applications manually.
- Ability to accurately diagnose, analyze and report software defects.
- Good understanding of applications running on iOS and Android.
- Basic understanding of database, software architecture and enterprise applications
- Working experience on enterprise applications
- Ability to review, understand business requirements.
- Ability to take on a variety of tasks including problem research, script analysis and test designs.
- Ability to continuously improve our software stability and performance.
- Ability to analyze database tables, records for a specified application area.
- Effective communication skills at both written and verbal levels
- Strong analytical skills.

- Good understanding of Software life cycle methodologies
Optional :
- Performance testing : web services, SQL, and mobile application performance.
- Certification in Software Testing
- We use SAHI which is addon on Selenium Mandatory
- Must have customization or implementation experience in an ERP like Epicor9, SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics,or Navision, and have at least worked with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger and Materials Management module.
- Must have worked with multiple types of user interfaces like windows desktop, mobile phones, and web browsers.
- The job requires working independently, or in cross functional team.
- Must have analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Must have demonstrable experience in SDLC methodology such as waterfall, SCRUM, or agile methodologies.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
