• Job Responsibilities:

NATURE OF WORK AND JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible for OPD & Cancer Morning and Afternoon rounds.

• Responsible to collect feedback of OPD & Cancer patients by asking all the question & other details.

• To guide patient and their relatives in OPD & Cancer department.

• Responsible to collect Health check up patients Feedback.

• Responsible collect feedback (IPD) of patient at the time of discharge.

• To forward written complaints to Head of concerned departments and make sure it is solved promptly.

• To collect written complain, Observation and Suggestions from the patient or relative and forward it to concern Primary person and HOD.

• Complain must be closed with in 24 hrs after getting reply from the concern HOD.

• To take Google, JD, FB and Twitter reviews for the hospital and Doctor.

• To educate patient relative for CIMS app and help them to download.

• To give CIMS Tours to Doctors & Guests.

• Responsible to do patient engagement activities like Events Celebrations & Sessions, also take consent to collect photo of the patient.

• Responsible to transfer photos of events Celebration & Session and also to make folder with name and registration number.

• To send daily report summary.
• Responsible to check Suggestion & Complain box on every Sunday, forward it to concern department and take CAPA for the same.

• All other activities should be done which comes under Patient and Guest Experience Team Department.

• Other tasks as and when allocated by management.
