Role: Test Lead - Digital Lending (Loan Applications)

Internal Designation : Senior Manager / AVP

Job Description:

Candidate will be responsible to define the Testing scope and manage the Testing strategy in agile framework.
Candidate should take the full responsibility for the Test plan execution. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.
Inspiring, motivating and moving the testing process forward
Building a path for successful cooperation between testers within the Team
Controlling and managing difficulties that arise in different projects during manual testing, automated testing & related activities
Anticipating and calculating the need for test resources
Mentoring and coaching testers
Organizing training courses and programs for testers

Key Responsibilities:

Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
Deploying and managing resources for testing
Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
Involved for the test planning, test case preparation, testing and ensure UAT completion
Monitor the resolution of any critical issues and provide support when require to ensure BAU is not impacted

Experience: 6-7 Years in Retail Lending projects implementation for Banks / NBFCs
