File Management, Proper Record keeping with accurate record numbers,Evaluation of all medical records w.r.t hospital standards, Coordinating with Doctors , Medical & Nursing staff for File Completion.Files coding & Indexing.
Required Candidate profile
The incumbent should have qualification of Diploma or Graduate in Medical Record
The incumbent should be having the relevant experience of working as Medical record officer in a Hospital
Should have worked in a NABH accredited hospital with knowledge of quality accreditation process, Documentation, File Maintenance etc
