Job description

Responsible for smooth delivery of Project within Budget & Timeline meeting expectations of all stakeholders.

Risk assessment & Mitigation plan related to Project.

Planning & Execution of Resources (Man, Material & Money).

Direct & Lead the Project Team to achieve desired output.

Managing Vendors, Suppliers, Subcontractors, GC & Client.

Maintain optimum level of Productivity to ensure Deliverable within fixed timelines.

Maintaining high level of Quality and Safety standards at site.

Monitor timely billing, claims & variations.

Ensure laid down systems & processes are strictly followed at site.


Required Candidate profile

B.E/ B.Tech. Civil, MBA.

20+ Years of experience in execution of large infrastructure projects. - Elevated Metro

Knowledge of Project Management, Contracts Management, Engineering & Techno - Commercial.

Knowledge of Statutory and environmental guidelines for Infrastructure and various clearances/approvals required for execution of projects.
