Test Lead
Role Description :
Lead the testing effort and/ or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teamsoverall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

bWould be performing technical review of all the development activities
cWill be working on personal commercial lines
Professional Experience
a: 1-3 yrs of exp in the P insurance with very good understanding of underwriting, rating, insurance rules, forms, claims billing Strong exp on DuckCreek Example Platform4X, 5X 6X
b Atleast 1-3 year hands on exp as a Manuscript Developer working on personal commercial lines Exp on Version upgrade of platform Template upgrade, Circular implementation Rate, Rule forms, Custom transaction out of the box transaction like Audit, Out of sequence endorsement, Cancellation etc,
Debugging Tools Data Tester, Example Utility, EXAMPLE Trace Monitor, TSV Debugger, CSS/ XML/ XSLT, EXAMPLE Author, Server, Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task and Notification, Transact, Customization/ Custom development in Skins/ Custom Java Script
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
