Automation Test Lead - Quality Assurance @ Expertease

Desired Candidate Profile

Your responsibilities will be to :

1) Review functional requirements and technical specifications to create test plans and detailed test case documents

2) Interact with third parties to consult and implement a fully automated functional, performance and regression testing platform

3) Understand system components and how they interact with one another to develop/run ongoing tests on the implemented platform

4) Define and promote processes that enhance quality assurance automation such as early test planning and defect management

5) Work closely with managers to understand product requirements, test new functionality and deliver high quality consumer Web apps

6) Participate in internal product improvement, evaluation and beta testing exercises

7) Mentor junior QA Engineers

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
