Our Engineers that join our Technologies team will be assigned to one of several exciting teams that are responsible for development and management of business critical platforms. Our Software Engineers not only understand how technology works, but how that technology intersects with the people who count on it every day. An excellent developer with good software design principles and the ability to write robust code and accompanying test suites
Ability to design and build smart, scalable solutions to tight deadlines
Ability to write efficient, clear code and be able to articulate what has been implemented and why
Experience working in an agile development environment
Self-starter who can drive/facilitate requirements and development effort
Take ownership and responsibility for the full development lifecycle
A team player, capable of engaging with other teams in Technology
Experience in the end-to-end design, development and support of financial markets systems
Familiarity or experience in micro-services and container technologies
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps
Any experience in distributed data stores a plus
Functional programming experience a plus
Should be able to debug and fine tune code
They will be responsible to evaluate user requests to determine feasibility, cost and time required to meet customer needs

Qualifications
Past Experience
2-5 years of hands on development Core Java(essential)/ Java8,Spring framework(essential), Spring boot, JavaScript , React is a plus.
Hands on experience with relational databases : Postgres, Couchbase or other noSql is a plus
Microservices, Containers and Cloud experience are highly desirable
Agile development
Experience with git and Atlassian toolset Academic Background
Bachelor s Degree in CS or CSE or Equivalent Functional
Strong analytical strategic thinking skills
Ability to interpret technical /business objectives and challenges
Porting/Software Configuration
Agile Methodologies
Software development/ testing
Object oriented analysis and design across multiple platform
Designing High Availability applications Preferred:
Product Engineering Knowledge
Knowledge of payment technologies
Platform engineering knowledge (e.g Payments/Merchant services/Ecommerce/Supply chain management platforms)
