Pay Scale:Level 13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix


Minimum Basic Pay for Direct Recruits : Rs.1,23,100/-


Addition to pay : The pay carries all other allowance as admissible to a Central Government employee stationed at NISER Bhubaneswar


Qualifications & Experience: A PhD degree in relevant discipline from a reputed and recognized university or institute and at least three years of postdoctoral research/teaching experience after PhD with high quality publications in high impact journals for the post of Assistant Professor. A minimum of five and eight years of postdoctoral experience are required for positions of Reader-F and Associate Professor respectively. Candidates should have interest and ability to teach courses in Integrated MSc programme and PhD programme.
