Job Description

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments & other irregularities & report where necessary.
Followup on outstanding payments owed by customers & manage the recovery of money process.
Periodically reconcile the customer account totals with the general ledger control accounts.
Generate customer statements & management reports.
