Job Description

1. DMLT / BSC - MLT,

2.1~2 yrs experience , Freshers confirming to pt.5 below can be considered

3. Must be mobile - Own and Ride a two-Wheeler with valid driving license

4. Couple of lady candidates are a must in both teams ( This is be be a game changer in the Industry )

5. Since we are on the road to build a robust team and looking at the growth expectations, we must look to appoint candidates with acceptable presentability, peoplewho display attention to personal grooming , and dress sense, they may be a bit more expensive but it's worth the investment.

Required Candidate profile

He should have the knowledge Patient preparation&Sample Collectionas per SOP
Efficiently Sample collection in Single Prick
Collection of sample based on color code tube in right Quantity.
Bio-Medical Waste disposal.
Collected sample has to be deposited to accession point at assigned center
Knowledge of Needle Stick Injury, Sample Spillage
Inventory Management
Ensure 100% OTA (On-time arrival at Collection)
Should participate in corporate / community health camps.
Ensure that the information of customer & test is absolutely accurate

Ensure that all collections are done in uniform / formal attire.
